((Note if you do not like bad language or is easily grossed out then do not read this thread. Also do not be offended by what Jabez does or says, because that is in his nature. ))
Silence.
It could drive one mad; the eeriness that it brings causes a shiver to run down one’s spine. Forgotten memories and thoughts come back like a knife through the chest. No sounds can be heard, not even the sound of one’s heart pounding in their chest, their eyes filled with apprehension waiting for something to happen….because of silence. One knows that silence always means trouble, and it comes in unimaginable ways. Ways that are gruesome and atrocious. Silence is basically forewarning your death or sanity. However some are too oblivious to take the warnings and are so distracted in their own worlds that they don’t spot the signs, which are everywhere. Some believe silence is a time to relax, but then again you never know when darkness will come and grab a hold of your heart and tear you apart. You never know when something or someone is watching you from the shadows – waiting for you to make that mistake.
Blood dripped down his maw like crimson rain, splashing down upon the ground in great puddles, making the ground almost seem like a river of blood that ran under his great paws. A deep black mist curled its way through the forest; everything it touched curled up and turned into black ashes that fluttered to the ground. The world seemed to be swallowed by darkness as a large figured intruded through the sinister forest. Deep blood red emotionless eyes glared out though the darkness, able to see his way through the thick forest with effortlessness The sounds of chains clicking together sent an eerie echo across the forest and a sickening feeling at the pit of one’s stomach for they knew what was coming. Deep profound breathing was all that could be heard from this immense creature, invisible to one’s eyes, as he blended in with the shadows. Even for his enormous size he managed to maneuver through the forest with great ease although his aroma was strong and hung in the air like a thick cloud smothering the forest, causing smaller mammals to scurry away from this great beast.
This beast had numerous names, in which has changed over the years. He had began to lose count of the names others had dare whisper when he was both around and not around. He heard their voices whenever he walked near, most of them went through one ear and out the other; however a selected few had stuck within. However unlike most he had not forgotten his true name. It had stuck around him for a long time now, and sometimes it brings a burden to me, a reminder of what he used to be – and what he could have become. Now it was in the past, something that he could not go back on, no matter how much he tried. He was stuck in-between this hell. Never to rise and never to fall, never again.
Jabez Bloodwind is the name he was born with and the name he still carries with today. He believes both his parents are idiots and doesn’t even a second thought to his annoying twin sisters. His childhood was a flicker in his mind, for it happened so quickly and ended just as fast. His real memories is when he ruled over several lands, over powering Alphas, his true goal in site, but then came his pathetic cousin Trapper who rose just as he did and they fought to the death. In the end they both lost, were killed and sent back to earth once again, but different, never the same. A cruel snicker escaped from his power jaws as he thought about it. He never would be as strong as he used to be, but he wasn’t one to be messed with. During Jabez’s life he even took in a Queen to rule beside him, although they’re relationship was never close. They often rarely spoke any words to each other and after he ‘died’ he never saw her again. He also created a son, a clone, to carry his most precious item – the one that that could destroy Jabez for good.
Jabez was part Ryazarous wolf, meaning he towered at least three feet then an average wolf, reaching an incredible 7.5 feet tall which way taller then the average man. He had thick bones that stuck close to his body making it hard to one to penetrate his flesh. He had thick black fur stained with blood – and it wasn’t his blood. His thick canines could easily tear apart flesh and suck the blood of a worthless wolf while his thick razor sharp talons could easily grab a hold of someone, locking them in his deadly grip. Thick chains cover his body which click together even with the slightest movement. Over all he wasn’t a wolf to mess with, even looking at him proved to anyone, he was dangerous.
“Fuck.” Jabez mumbled the words to himself as he paused, looking up at the pitch black sky, even though it was mid day. Jabez was not a full blood Ryazarous for his mother was the Goddess of Wind. Perhaps that is why he had the same power that a regular Ryazarous wolf would have – well not anymore- Jabez ran his tongues over his newly stained bloody fangs, which just moment again he had bitten into. Before he was cursed to live like this he was not a merciful killer (and still wasn’t) killing whoever he wanted and eating whoever. Yes, he was a cannibal, and still today he eats others, although he no longer gets the joy from it. Jabez dug his claws into the ground and shifting his heavy weight. He took a deep breath, he been here quite a few times before, but it has been a very long time. He had lived on this planet for five hundred years, only a fraction of what he is able to live (which is forever, so long as he isn’t killed) For him those five hundred years was like five years to a mortal wolf who was bond to death while he was bond to nothing.
Jabez isn’t one you want to mess with for he has a fucking bad attitude. Although his character has changed dramatically from what he used to be, doesn’t mean he is all calm and easygoing. He doesn’t get pissed off as easily as he used too (but you better watch what you say) and he doesn’t kill as many now (you better watch what you do) He still had a bad ass attitude and was extremely sarcastic and cruel, not afraid to state his opinion of you right away. He didn’t try to act as if he was all though, because he knew he was. He was not all talk and no words – just ask the millions of wolves he had torn apart and ate their bodies.
Jabez paused once again. Stopping in his tracks as he grinded his teeth once again, wondering what kind of pathetic idiots he would meet once again.
Word Count: 1294 Thoughts: Okay this is not my best work, I cannot think very well. Heh. Always it's not that bad at least.
